Local Shipping (Philippines)

Deliveries within Metro Manila takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries Outside Metro Manila: typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
  • Any applicable fees must be settled by the recipient.

Same Day Delivery

We offer same day delivery within Metro Manila.

  • Cut-off time: 3:00 PM
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM may qualify for same day dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

Same day deliveries are fulfilled via Lalamove from Makati. To arrange same day delivery and receive updated tracking details, please send us a direct message on Instagram so we can assist you directly.

Orders and Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email after purchase
  2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, kindly let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to assist you with an exchange or find a suitable solution.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Silk Care Guide

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your silk scarf:

  • Dry clean every 1-3 is recommended if frequently used
  • If hand washing, use cold water and mild detergent
  • Do not wring or twist
  • Air dry only
  • Iron on low heat if needed. Steaming is preferred

Proper care will help maintain the silk’s softness, shape, and vibrancy.

Collaboration and Special Editions

We welcome collaboration opportunities and the creation of special edition pieces. Custom designs for events — including weddings, celebrations, brand collaborations, and other meaningful occasions — are available upon request.

If you have a specific idea or would like to discuss a bespoke project, kindly email us as soon as possible so we can review your request and assist you promptly.

20% of profits from selected designs are dedicated to supporting For Our Farmers . These contributions are part of our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and community impact.

Donations are calculated and allocated quarterly to ensure accuracy and transparency.
